Introduction
The topic was to create branding around insect-based products in order to make people more comfortable and open to eating insects. I chose to focus on branding a restaurant that specializes in insect-based dishes. The idea is to provide a space where people can taste and experience these foods in a welcoming environment, helping them get familiar with and eventually accustomed to eating insects.
A Focus by on Taste
Venturing out for a culinary experience offers the delightful prospect of indulging in flavors that resonate with our current cravings. Traditionally, the notion of consuming insects has been shrouded in taboo, leaving many hesitant to explore this unconventional source of sustenance. However, contemporary shifts in dietary perspectives have witnessed a gradual acceptance of entomophagy, albeit by a relatively niche audience.
